Willa Krause Middelburg is a skin care salon and online store located at 1 Vos Street, Middelburg, Mpumalanga. We sell professional skincare products and offer in-salon beauty and skincare treatments.
2. Products
Ordering
Orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing. You will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment
We accept payment via PayFast (credit card, debit card, and instant EFT). Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed. Your payment details are processed securely by PayFast — we do not store card information.
3. Services & salon treatments
All treatments and services listed on this website are performed in person at our Middelburg salon. Bookings are made via WhatsApp or email and are confirmed by us directly. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, medical conditions, or contraindications before a treatment. Willa Krause Middelburg cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Please arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, at our discretion.
4. Cancellations & no-shows
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a booking deposit being required for future appointments.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — belongs to Willa Krause Middelburg or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Willa Krause Middelburg will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products, or services. This does not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
7. Consumer rights
Your rights as a consumer are protected under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable law.
